Mike and his team of Brian and Kurt at MZF did a great job resurfacing our chimney. We were very satisfied with the workmanship. They were very professional and responsive. We highly recommend them which is why we gave them a 5-star

I hired MZF to replace the siding on my house and outbuilding as well as to face the eaves and install soffit and new gutters. Mike was very pleasant, nice to deal with, and was eager to make a satisfied customer out of me.

The siding crew worked slowly, but meticulously; which was exactly what I was looking for vs. a crew that would just slap everything up haphazardly in a few days. They made on-the-fly adjustments to the plan when a few complications were discovered and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Mike communicated well throughout the process and I would recommend him to anyone!

We are very pleased with MZF Construction and the siding and gutter installation we had done, From the start it was evident that Mike wanted to make sure everything went as planned. He clearly laid out the cost, payment schedule and work to be performed. Installers Brian and Cody were very easy to work with and always open to any questions or "tweeks" we had. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and limited the necessary inconvenience as much as possible. The quality of their work is excellent and I am confident if any future issues arise Mike and his team will address them. We highly recommend.

The old house I recently bought had extensive rot and structural damage in the window bay caused by water and carpenter ants. Another contractor said the damage was so severe I needed to replace the bay windows. Mike was able to replace the wood framing and redo my siding, saving my windows in the process. Mike was very communicative throughout the job, and did most of the work while I was away on vacation. I will definitely use Mike for my future home repair needs.

At the very end of June, I found myself committed to the idea of tackling a major renovation to our upstairs with less than a month and a half until our new baby was to arrive. Mike, owner of MZF, was referred to me by a family friend. He and his crew came to the rescue. For the entirety of July, Mike and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and got things done. They finished a few days ahead of schedule (!!) and left me with a beautiful new space just perfect for my growing family. Mike was great at communicating with me from start to finish even as I went away to work each day, and was respectful of my home. He really strove to make me happy. He has a great set of teammates who were competent and creative (and who showed up when they were supposed to!) While the final project ended slightly over budget, it was justifiable and expected. Thanks to MZF!

Mike was prompt and polite -- that is hard to find now a days. Brian did an excellent job on the project. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone needing their services. I know I they will be my first call the next construction project that comes up for me.

Working with Mike was a real pleasure. He was prompt, polite and had lots of ideas about how to solve problems. I am planning on having MZF do more work this year as well.
